Reservation system : a boon or bane

They say "all the hard work, all the sacrifices, all the sleepless nights, struggles, downfalls....It all pays off" .

 I think India doesn't practice this, You work hard give your hundred percent and then, oops govt wants the underprivileged to have the privilege to snatch away your opportunity. I always think how would it have been if Indian govt was to conduct the Olympics, the results would have been so obvious , general go stand on the last position followed by O.B.C, ST and SC, and this is the same country that talks about equality.

Our preamble highlights the principles like equality, secularism, liberty, Justice, fraternity and democratic. Do we Indians ever followed this, since the Republic we have been practicing the opposite.

How is our hard work being payed off when we know a person scoring much less then me can crack the exam or get the job just because he/she belongs to minority. Can the govt ever explain the ratio by which they have divided these seats and jobs. What are the most populated generals left with ? Do the most deserving candidate have any dignity and significance in our country?

The main objective of reservation system is to" REPRESENT MEMBERS" from "SOCIALLY AND EDUCATIONALLY group of backward class, minority or gender" into society, services and educational institution. Then why is this done on the sake of abducting others fortuity. Why can't we insure the best to the bests and hardworking fellows getting paid the best for their efforts , why can't our system have a much balanced scheme for the minorities so that the midsection don't get pulverized. It's a clear form of ethnic discrimination, it's resulting into the degradation of quality of students and employees enrolled in different institutions.

This system clearly propagate and promotes notion of cast based society instead of eliminating it. This practice will do benefit the backward class and minority but will never help them get over the rich and would eventually give rise to a new new backward class of people belonging from lower class of midstream generals.
