Reservation System : An Overview.

We live in a free and democratic country. Our constitution gives us the right to freedom and most importantly to exercise this freedom in an equitable manner.  At the same time it's important for the state to ensure that equality prevails in all sections of society.

The History Says . . .

Reservation in Indian law could be a sort of social action where a share of seats are reserved within the public sector units, union & state civil services, government departments and all told public and personal instructional establishments, except within the religious/ linguistic minority educational establishments, for the socially and educationally backward communities and also the regular Castes and Tribes who are inadequately represented in these services and establishments. Current Situation . . .
